McGONIGLE DOUBLE SEES BANNSIDERS END ON WINNING NOTE
25th Apr 2015
Coleraine ended the season on a high note with this comfortable home defeat of relegated Institute.
Ian Parkhill opened the scoring for the Bannsiders after a quarter-of-an-hour with a close range finish following a Ruaidhri Higgins through ball.
Jamie McIntyre levelled for 'Stute on 26 minutes with a looping header over stranded 'keeper Andy Findlay.
But, a minute later, Jamie McGonigle restored Coleraine's lead after swivelling to fire home following a Darren McCauley and Neill McCafferty build up.
McGonigle struck again just after the hour mark with Coleraine's third after being released by McCafferty who had dispossessed Aaron Walsh.
