HIGH SCORING FERNEY PARK FINALE

Ballinamallard United and Warrenpoint Town shared six goals in an entertaining end of season encounter at Ferney Park.

Liam Martin fired the Mallards into a 10th minute lead after getting on the end of a John Currie through ball to fire low and hard into the bottom corner.

Daniel Hughes levelled for Warrenpoint on 19 minutes with a spot-kick into the bottom corner after Johnny Frazer had been upended by Gary Phair.

Then, on 28 minutes, Frazer made it 2-1 with a close range finish from Conor McDonald's cross.

The Mallards equalised just before the hour through a Ryan Campbell lob from ten yards after good work by half-time substitute Johnny Courtney.

But, within two minutes, 'Point regained the lead through Daniel Hughes following some great work down the flank from Ruairi Devlin.

However, with six minutes to go, Steve Feeney grabbed Ballinamallard's third after his header from a Courtney corner squeezed over the line.
